LHH is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join a leading in-house legal team. This fully remote opportunity is a 5-6 month-contract role will support legal operations during a parental leave.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and optimize the contract management system to ensure accurate records and streamlined workflows.
- Oversee the contingent worker and professional services onboarding process from intake to activation.
- Manage trademark portfolio tasks, including declarations, coordination with external counsel, and internal communications.
- Provide litigation support by gathering data and collaborating with outside legal teams.
- Partner with procurement operations to align intake-to-procure systems and legal workflows.
Who You Are
- Legal professional with 3-5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department and a bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in legal operations platforms such as Ironclad, Navex, and Zip.
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a passion for improving legal processes.
