Physical Rehabilitation Hospital | On-Site Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a physical rehabilitation hospital in Westminster, CO. This is an on-site, full-time contract role with a strong team and potential for extension.

Assignment Details:

• Term: 8+ weeks

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• On-Call: Weeknights (4:30 PM 8:00 AM) and full-day weekends as needed

Facility Overview:

• Inpatient hospital pharmacy

• Team: 1 FT pharmacist, 4 PRN pharmacists, 1 FT technician, 1 PRN technician

• Remote Pharmacy Services supports after-hours order verification

• Systems used: Wellsky (order entry), Pyxis (automation; recently converted from Omnicell)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations

• Assist pharmacy technician with Pyxis

• Provide staffing coverage

• Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist License

• 2+ years of recent hospital pharmacy experience

• 1+ year of management experience

• Proficiency in Pyxis
