We are a boutique-style hybrid concept in Uptown Manhattan that blends a specialty coffee café with a luxury beauty spa experience. Our space is part coffee shop, part beauty destination — where clients enjoy elevated nail and facial services while sipping curated drinks in a chic, social environment.
We are a fast-growing, content-forward business with a strong social media presence and a fun, team-oriented culture.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Barista who understands specialty coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves creating a warm, elevated guest experience. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with open availability required between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.
We operate with two shifts (opening and closing), and flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages, specialty drinks, and café menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and barista station
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service
- Support drink menu innovation and seasonal specials
- Assist with light food preparation (if applicable)
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media content and brand promotions
Qualifications
- Barista experience required (specialty coffee experience preferred)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Open availability between 7 AM – 9 PM, including weekends ( 2 different shifts within the day)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable being filmed for social media content
- Social media experience is a plus
- Professional, polished appearance
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
