Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license with the ability to obtain PA licensure)
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum of one year experience in a Level II or higher NICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and EMR systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to high-acuity neonatal patients
- Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators, incubators, and other specialized equipment
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and respiratory therapists
- Document all patient observations and treatments accurately
- Educate and support families through challenging circumstances and transitions of care
