Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact license with the ability to obtain PA licensure)
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in a Level II or higher NICU setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and EMR systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, family-centered care to high-acuity neonatal patients
  • Perform clinical assessments, administer medications, and manage ventilators, incubators, and other specialized equipment
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists and respiratory therapists
  • Document all patient observations and treatments accurately
  • Educate and support families through challenging circumstances and transitions of care
