Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $15–$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
HireCall is seeking a Receptionist for one of our valued Tulsa clients!We’re looking for a dependable and professional individual to manage front desk operations and assist with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist or administrative experience and be comfortable handling a variety of office duties in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Perform filing, scanning, copying, and data entry tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area (light housekeeping)
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or office experience required
- Proficient with multi-line phone systems and general office equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and email skills
- Reliable and punctual
Pay & Schedule:
- $15–$16 per hour (depending on experience)
- Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
