Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial clients.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and service options.
- Perform preventative maintenance and propose solutions for system improvements.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in HVAC service or installation required
- Current HVAC certification and valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
