Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) is seeking a friendly and motivated individual for a career growth opportunity as a Bank Teller at our West Street branch in Keene, NH.

Starting salary begins at $20.00 per hour and is negotiable based on level of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
  • Intermediate use of desktop applications
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
  • Ability to travel between branch locations as needed


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer deposits, account withdrawals, cashing checks, issuing bank and travelers checks, issuing and redeeming savings bonds and processing loan payments
  • Promotes and sells bank products and services to new and existing customers
  • Responds to questions and resolve problems or concerns for customers effectively and efficiently
