We are actively hiring for the position of Machine Operator (Cut Vinyl) for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT.

Shift: Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize vinyl cutters to execute kiss cutting and complete cut-outs
• Accurately read and interpret job instructions
• Remove excess material surrounding graphics
• Operate a laminator to finalize graphics
• Employ internal software systems to manage and monitor jobs
• Prepare finished jobs for shipping or production workflow
• Engage in hands-on tasks for much of the shift

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Cut Vinyl is preferred. (cutting, weeding, and pre-masking)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator is preferred. Prior experience in a sign shop or graphics production is preferred.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with others and work in close proximity to team members.
• A sharp focus on detail is crucial for recognizing minor defects in finished products at close range.
• Readiness to provide assistance in other areas as required.
• Strong focus on detail.
• Proficient reading and comprehension abilities.
• Basic proficiency in English.
