We're looking for a skilled Residential Roof Repair Technician to take on a steady stream of repair work while learning the ropes in commercial roofing. If you have experience diagnosing and repairing residential roofs and want the opportunity to expand into commercial projects, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do

Perform residential roof repairs - asphalt shingles, flashing, leak detection, storm damage, and other common issues.

Accurately diagnose problems and recommend repair solutions.

Complete repair jobs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.

Track work completed to meet production goals (earn repair bonuses).

Work closely with our service team as our commercial service division grows - with training opportunities to learn commercial roofing systems.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.

What You'll Need

3+ years of experience in residential roof repair

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
