Location: De Pere, Wisconsin
Duration: 16+ Weeks (Possible Extension)
Schedule:

  • Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Position Overview

Seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support both front and back office clinical operations in an outpatient healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, provides patient-centered care, and is comfortable performing both administrative and clinical duties.

Required Certifications

  • Active LPN/LVN License

  • BLS or CPR Certification

Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Support

  • Measure and record vital signs

  • Room patients and prepare them for exams/procedures

  • Assist providers during examinations and procedures

  • Administer medications and vaccines

  • Perform phlebotomy (blood draws)

  • Enter visit documentation into the EHR

  • Provide patient education and treatment instructions

  • Process patient phone calls according to clinical protocols

Administrative Support

  • Greet and schedule patients

  • Answer phones

  • Maintain exam room readiness and medical supply inventory

  • Provide general clerical support as needed

Required Skills & Traits

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills with patients and team members

  • Strong computer and EHR proficiency

  • Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Passion for health education and patient outreach
