A summer position is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful impact in a K-12 school setting. This role focuses on providing essential communication support to students, ensuring their educational needs are met during the summer months.

Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license
• CCC (Certification of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and related processes
• Available to work 24 hours per week, on-site

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students' overall development
• Provide support and resources to families regarding communication disorders
