We are looking for a:
Onsite Support Supervisor
General Summary:
We are looking for an Onsite Support Supervisor for our team. This is a dual-impact role responsible for overseeing workforce operations and providing hands-on instruction for Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) and Forklift operators in a high-speed distribution center. You can expect to lead safety-focused training sessions that prepare associates for site certifications while serving as a primary point of contact for floor supervision and administrative tracking. We are seeking a dependable, bilingual leader with strong equipment expertise who can adapt to flexible schedules and peak-season demands.
Required Skills:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- PIT Equipment Proficiency
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent time management and flexibility
- Conflict management skills
Responsibilities:
- PIT & EPJ Training: Lead hands-on, small-group sessions to teach safe Electric Pallet Jack and Forklift operation, conducting mock evaluations to ensure associates are fully prepared for client certification tests.
- Workforce Supervision: Serve as the primary on-site contact for associates, providing real-time coaching to improve productivity and addressing any attendance or behavioral concerns with professionalism.
- Administrative Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of training progress, attendance, and employee certifications while providing regular reporting to leadership regarding staffing readiness.
- Safety Adherence: Reinforce strict PPE requirements and operational standards during all training sessions to ensure the facility remains compliant with client safety audits and expectations.
Benefits:

Schedule:
- Flexible hours during peak season Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM with expanded hours and Sunday shifts required during peak seasons
Salary
- $18-21/hr or more based on experience.
