• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within small business settings.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, sales tax, and tax return preparation.
• Expertise in managing general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close processes.
• Experience in handling accounts payable and full-cycle payroll.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
