What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the GM in daily operations and team leadership

• Driving sales, service, and food quality in a fast-paced environment

• Leading by example during peak shifts—hands-on and guest-facing

• Training and developing hourly staff for success

• Monitoring labor, inventory, and safety procedures

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in QSR or fast casual

• Someone who’s reliable, organized, and thrives under pressure

• Natural leader who takes pride in service, food, and people

• Strong communication and a coachable mindset
