Position Summary
The Nursing Manager will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of back office clinical operations across 5 orthopedic and pain management sites and Revive Ambulatory Surgery Center. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality patient care through effective policy development, clinical training, operational oversight, and schedule/template management. The ideal candidate brings perioperative or surgical nursing experience, strong interpersonal leadership, and a track record of operational excellence in multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to back-office support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols. Manages schedule and back-office clinic support staff coverage.

Lead clinical operations across outpatient practice and ASC settings

Oversee back-office workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality outcomes

Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols

Manage staff onboarding, ongoing training, and clinical competency validation

Coordinate provider scheduling and template optimization across all locations

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC, CMS, OSHA)

Collaborate with physicians, administrative leadership, and multidisciplinary teams

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous clinical improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Education & Certification:
-
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience considered. BLS certification required.

Active RN license in Georgia.

Experience:
-
Minimum 3–5 years in clinical leadership, with experience in orthopedic, pain, or surgical settings.

Experience with Athena EHR is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Perioperative or surgical nursing experience highly preferred

Proven ability to lead, train, and engage clinical teams in a multi-site environment
