Job DescriptionForklift Operator – 3rd Shift (Stand‑Up Forklift Required)
Pay: $17/hr + Lots of Overtime Available
Shift: Sunday Night – Thursday Night, 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
Mandatory Saturdays if needed
Training: 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM OR 10 AM–6 PM
About the Role
We are hiring a reliable 3rd Shift Forklift Operator to support staging, packing, and material movement in a fast‑paced production environment. This role requires experience operating stand‑up forklifts and cherry pickers and the ability to handle heavy loads.

What You’ll Do
- Stage products for production and pack finished goods for shipment
- Ensure all items are securely packed and correctly labeled
- Push, pull, and maneuver loads up to 200–300 lbs
- Operate stand‑up forklifts and cherry pickers to move rolls of labels and materials
- Load and unload trucks and racks safely
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with quality checks and report any issues
What You Need
- Experience operating stand‑up forklifts and cherry pickers (required)
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and meet production goals
- Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling is helpful

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
