Alliance Workforce Solutions has partnered with a growing cosmetic manufacturer seeking an experienced Compounder.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manufacture cosmetic and OTC products following cGMP, SOP, and OSHA regulations</li>
<li>Weigh and blend raw materials per Master Batch Records</li>
<li>Complete batch documentation accurately</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas</li>
<li>Operate and assemble compounding equipment</li>
<li>Assist with complex formulations and new product development</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or OTC manufacturing preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of cGMP compliance</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li>
<li>Must be comfortable working on a secure 5-step ladder</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment</li>
</ul>
