Your mission
Keep our CNC assets running at peak performance by combining preventative maintenance, fast troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll tackle
The following essential functions are the critical duties an employee must be able to perform either unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation
- Drive uptime initiatives with the maintenance team across the entire facility
- Support daily production requirements to maintain steady part flow
- Execute work orders, perform root cause analysis, and implement equipment improvements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Complete weekly/monthly/annual PMs to prevent unplanned downtime
- Document issues and communicate fixes to the next shift and supervisors
- Adhere to safe work practices for an incident-free environment
- Other duties as assigned

Core capabilities
- Write and maintain procedures and maintenance documentation
- Apply calipers, depth gauges, and diagnostic tools to pinpoint faults
Technical depth Mechanical
- Blueprint literacy
- Welding and torch-assisted fabrication
- Knowledge of gears, transmissions, and belt-driven systems
- Level and align lathes, HMCs, and boring bars
- Install ballscrews and bearings
- Advanced Fanuc and Mazatrol control expertise
- Shaft alignment and lubrication methods
- Understanding of CNC machining processes
- Overhead crane operation
Electrical
- Read ladder diagrams; work with relays, limit switches; complete basic wiring
- Knowledge of motors, drives, power supplies, and power distribution
- Structured electrical troubleshooting
Hydraulic & Pneumatic
- Interpret prints and service valves, pumps, cylinders, and seals
Background we prefer
- Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (preferred)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience spanning mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Journeyman card holder (preferred)
