Insulation Installer- Start ASAP- Weekly Pay
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $21-$23/hour
Hours: 6 am - 5 pm
As an Insulation Installer, you will work primarily in commercial buildings, focusing on installing attic insulation. This role requires comfort with small spaces, ladders, and working on your hands and knees. While most work is within a 60-mile radius, occasional travel for larger projects is required, with hotel accommodations and a daily food per diem provided.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation in commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential new build homes.
- Operate spray guns and other installation equipment.
- Work in varying environments, which may be hot or cold, and not always climate-controlled.
- Collaborate with team members in groups ranging from two to five.
- Travel occasionally for projects, staying overnight when necessary.
Essential Skills:
- Experience with insulation installation, including batted insulation and spray foam.
- General construction skills.
- Ability to operate a spray gun, with experience in automotive or house painting being advantageous.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months' experience in the construction field preferred, or equivalent work history such as machine shop or farming.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred for higher pay.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong ambition and reliability, with references to verify work ethic.

Work Environment:
Work is conducted in new construction builds, often in non-climate controlled environments. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6 am to 4/5 pm, with optional weekend work. Teams gather at the shop each morning to travel to job sites. While most work allows you to return home daily, occasional overnight travel is required, with compensation for travel time and late returns.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
