We’re hiring for a Field Representative II (MS Onsite Technical Support) role in Irving, TX (6555 State Highway 161).

<li>Pay Rate: $21.00/hr</li>
<li>Contract Length: 3 months (Contract-to-Hire)</li>
<li>Shift: Onsite</li>
<li>Location: Irving, TX</li>
<li>Parking: Free</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily dock operations, including receipt, logging, and routing of packages</li>
<li>Manage up to 1,500 accountable deliveries daily (FedEx, UPS, couriers)</li>
<li>Coordinate shipments with couriers and tenants</li>
<li>Maintain accurate package records and ensure secure storage</li>
<li>Communicate with building management and tenant reps</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Prior Dock or logistics coordination experience</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 75 lbs</li>
<li>Skilled in using pallet jacks and tracking systems</li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li>
