Position Summary:
The Team Member role within our manufacturing plants supports our overall production team as they drive production to the highest safety, quality and efficiency standards.
What you will Do:

Ensure compliance with and maintain all GMP/PPE/Safety, SQF, HACCP & Sanitation guidelines and processes.

Understand Production Schedules and key production data (i.e: lot numbers, SKU’s, etc.) and Ability to understand current production flow and product specifications
-
Ability to recognize inconsistencies per product specifications (i.e: Foreign objects, miss-labeling, etc.)

Remove any defects from the produce that are undesirable in the finished product

Must execute de-coring/trimming/chopping/mixing based on product specifications

Knowledge & understanding of how to maintain a safe work environment

Validate that printed labels accurately reflect production work orders

Works safely around moving equipment & conveyors in wet environment

Maintain an uninterrupted flow of packaging and sorting finished goods
-
Clean and trim vegetables per Quality Control development specifications
-
Operate shrink wrap machine (manual/automated) and Operate a hand pallet jack, Manual palletization of finished goods and Manually pack finished goods

Communicate verbally & in writing

Maintain a clean work area

Perform other duties as assigned.
