Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU RN experience
- Current, active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- PALS certification preferred
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable to new environments and practices
Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; details and specific schedules provided upon interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced ICU setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Support patients’ families with education and updates
- Comply with all hospital, state, and federal guidelines for patient safety
