Position Overview:

Heartland Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate pilot to join our dynamic and growing aviation team based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We are specifically seeking a Pilot in Command (PIC).

As a PIC, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our corporate jets, ensuring that all flights are conducted in alignment with regulatory standards and company policies. This position provides an exciting opportunity to travel, support executive leadership, and contribute to the seamless execution of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Flight Operations: Conduct pre-flight planning, route analysis, and performance calculations. Safely operate the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety in all aspects of flight operations. Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), aircraft operating limitations, and company safety protocols.

• Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining professionalism and discretion while addressing passenger needs and expectations.

• Aircraft Management: Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure the aircraft is airworthy, clean, and well-maintained. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and coordinate required servicing.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication

• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and aircraft systems. Participate in recurrent training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Licensing and Certifications:

• FAA ATP Certificate (Airline Transport Pilot).
• Type Rating in any of the aircraft listed is preferred.
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours, including 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) and 500 hours in jet/turbine aircraft.
• Previous experience operating similar aircraft is highly preferred.

Location Flexibility: Must live in or willing to relocate to Eau Claire, WI, or surrounding areas.
