We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with the skills to join the team in our Franklin, TN. The right person will complement our team working on key client projects and help complete client solutions that involve simple and complex website platforms, applications, and interactive digital marketing. They will work with and communicate with all team members and clients regarding the management and facilitation of new solutions and projects, problem determination and resolution.

Summary:

The Project Manager provides project management for client projects and administrative support. Assists with operations and sales support as assigned. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.

The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring project deadlines are met through the proper delegation of tasks and facilitation of work, and works with clients to facilitate proofs and set up meetings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle client kickoffs and meetings and each step of a project's process.

• Act as a key point of contact for customers. Interface with internal team and external customers along with vendors to ensure great project results or launches.

• Act as internal liaison for customers to assist in managing projects.

• Maintain and update customer records, project tasks, and team leadership.

• Assist with coordination of training for clients, and other special projects as assigned.

• Manage collateral projects as defined: content collection, production and printing/ distribution, and inventory management

• Maintain files and information for clients such as contacts, solution description, active deals, regional contacts, agreements, specific product information/versions of integration, marketing events, seminars, quotes, RFPs, and website content.

• Other support and administrative activities as needed for accounts and business.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a progressively more responsible role. Experience in internet technology is a plus. A college degree or experience in PR, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience in Google Ads Management, SEO, and Social Media Management.

• Must know and understand the advanced features of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and knowledge of HTML. Understanding of branding, marketing, development projects, and managing website design

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and high level of customer service skills in client communications.
