Lead 10–13 stores, supporting District Managers and store teams to ensure operational excellence, talent development, and financial performance. Hands-on, field-driven role with growth potential into a Director position.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $80K–$90K (target $85K)
- Bonus: $15K–$30K

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and stabilize market operations
- Coach and develop District Managers and store leadership
- Ensure execution of operational standards and EBITDA performance
- Identify and fill store-level leadership gaps
- Analyze trends and implement solutions
- Maintain strong field presence
Qualifications
- 3–5 years multi-unit restaurant management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong operational and analytical capabilities
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach
- Local to Dayton/Cincinnati market
