Experienced State Farm Team Member wanted for a service-focused role with a well-established agency.
• State Farm experience required
• Active P&C license required
• Salary $45K–$70K
• 100% employer-paid health insurance + HSA contribution
• 2–4 weeks paid leave
• Annual Christmas bonus
• Referrals only — no cold calling or lead chasing
40-year State Farm Agent with a large, stable book. Clients are professional, respectful, and referral based. This is a true customer service role, not a sales grind.
Spanish helpful, not required. Life & Health license preferred or must be able to obtain.
