Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented ServiceNow Systems Engineerto join our team. This role focuses on configuring workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring the platform meets enterprise IT service management needs.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Primary Duties Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications.

  • Develop and manage workflows, forms, and dashboards to optimize IT service processes.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and cloud platforms.

  • Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize platform performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Automate routine tasks using scripting, APIs, and ServiceNow development tools.

  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers on ServiceNow administration and development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5 - 8 years of experience
  • An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role.
  • US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and ServiceNow modules.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
