Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Process policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and documentation updates
- Educate clients on available coverage options and help them understand their policies
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding client needs
- Support the sales team with customer retention and policy renewals
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality and compliance with insurance regulations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-driven office culture
