Title: Associate Dentist - Private Practice
Location: Mount Carmel, IL
Status: Full Time (4-5 days per week)
Compensation: $200,000-$350,000
Compensation & Benefits:

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct all fundamental dental procedures.
- Confidently create and implement quadrant-based treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with the lead dentist on implant cases.
- Operate independently with full autonomy, while receiving support without micromanagement.
About the Practice:
This practice has been serving the community for over 40 years and has a strong history of growth. Following a merger in 2023, we now operate from a modern, technology-driven facility with eight operatories and over 4,000 active patients. We welcome an average of 27 new patients monthly and are projected to exceed $2M in collections this year. Our environment is designed for efficiency, allowing you to have your own dedicated space, including two operatories, a lab, sterilization area, and shared hygienists. You will have the freedom to treat patients independently while having access to mentorship as needed. Our culture promotes low-drama, high-efficiency, and continuous clinical development.
