How you will make an impact:
As a Claims Administrative Specialist, you will support our claims department by managing documentation, processing claim forms, and maintaining accurate records. In this role, you will communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal team members to ensure timely and efficient resolution of claims. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What you will need:

  • High school Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims administrative support roles within the insurance or claims management industries
  • Must be an organized, team player that is comfortable in a fast paced role that will support a teams of claims managers
