BASIC SUMMARY:
Perform the execution of financial functions involving invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, purchasing, payroll, and general bookkeeping.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions.
- Preparing and filing financial documents.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Processing payroll and tracking payroll data.
- Assisting with tax payments and returns.
- Assist in preparing monthly client financial reports.
- Communicate with vendors, customers and PharPoint staff on issues or queries.
- Assist with preparation for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Contribute to the automation of processes and maintenance of financial databases.
- Contribute to strong internal and external client relationships through positive interactions.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in accounting or financial discipline.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient with accounting software (i.e., Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Bill.com) and Excel.

- Other: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to understand both written and verbal communication, type/work at a computer, and sit for up to 90% of the workday.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- General office working conditions, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
COMMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no limitations on driving availability.
