Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Caseload: Elementary & Middle School | Approx. 40 Students
Join a supportive and collaborative team of educators and therapists in Spring Hill, KS as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time school-based position offers flexibility, ongoing professional support, and the chance to make a lasting impact on students' communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy services in individual, small group, or classroom settings

Write and implement IEP goals based on student assessments and needs

Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and billing in compliance with district and state standards

Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and district teams in multidisciplinary planning and service delivery

Provide training and support to staff on strategies that promote student engagement and progress

Stay informed on current evidence-based practices and Kansas licensing requirements

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations related to special education and speech services
Requirements:

Active Kansas SLP License

Experience with school-aged populations preferred, but open to all qualified applicants
