Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide comprehensive speech and language services within a K-12 educational setting in the Hayward, CA area. This full-time, contract role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with elementary and middle school students, delivering case management, consultation, and direct therapeutic services. The position requires working independently to support student communication needs effectively.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP license (CCC certification preferred)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
  • Ability to deliver teletherapy and in-person intervention services
  • Strong case management and consultation skills
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with educational teams

Location:

  • Hayward, CA
  • Serving students from elementary and middle school levels (K-8)

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct therapy and consultation to students, parents, and staff
  • Managing caseloads and maintaining accurate documentation
