Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, strong leadership skills, and the ability to oversee daily clinical operations. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist with procedures, managing dental assistants’ schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Registered Dental Assistant certification
• Must have experience in pediatric dentistry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Leadership/management experience preferred
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have Sealant certification
• Must have Nitrous oxide certification
  
  

Schedule: 3 - 4 weekdays and at least 2 Saturdays a month.
Pay: $20/hr, based on experience.
