NextPlay Jobs is proud to be partnering with a therapist-owned, mission-driven pediatric home health agency is growing and looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support children and families in their homes. You’ll have autonomy over your schedule (with just a few late afternoons reserved for school-aged patients).

What you’ll do
- Provide in-home speech therapy for pediatric patients with diverse needs
- (speech/language, developmental delays, feeding/swallowing)
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- Coach families with strategies to support progress
- Document evaluations, goals, and progress per agency standards
Requirements
- Current Colorado SLP license
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow candidate
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Passion for pediatric care
