Job Title: Mold Set-up Technician
Location: Englewood, CO 80112
Pay: $23-$24/hr.
Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Plastic Mold Set-up Technician for a plastic manufacturer in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in Plastics Injection Molding - specifically in the areas of plastic injection mold changes and setup.
Job Highlights:
- Responsible for removing and installing molds in a variety of sizes
- Setup secondary equipment as required for the job (conveyors, thermolators, hot runner controllers, EOAT`s, Secondary operations assemblies, etc.)
- Clean and spray all molds to be removed from the press after a job order is completed
- Transport molds that have completed running a job and store back to Mold rack or Tool Room
- PM platens and platen holes, maintain log for platen maintenance
- Refurbish water hoses on mold set up cart
What we look for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Plastics Injection Molding - specifically in the areas of Plastic Injection Mold Changes and Setup
- Basic Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding
- Good range of motion – kneel, stoop, crouch, lift, turn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
