Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data tracking, and spreadsheet management
  • Support light accounting functions such as invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting)
  • Previous experience in a customer service and administrative support role
  • Familiarity with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, data entry, reconciliations)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask
  • Dependable and professional work ethic
