Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time, temporary position with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and record-keeping
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data tracking, and spreadsheet management
- Support light accounting functions such as invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting)
- Previous experience in a customer service and administrative support role
- Familiarity with basic accounting tasks (invoicing, data entry, reconciliations)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask
- Dependable and professional work ethic
