We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is central to building strong client relationships and supporting our agency’s continued growth.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to client questions regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and new business processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
  • Collaborate with producers and team members to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including processing documents and correspondence.


Requirements:

  • Previous customer service required
  • Insurance experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and willingness to learn agency management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or insurance coursework preferred
  • Must hold a P&C license
