Behavior Technician / Community Engagement Coordinator PositionThe Behavior Technician II / Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time) is a dual role position that includes the clinical responsibilities of a Behavior Technician along with responsibilities related to internal staff recognition and external community engagement. This role delivers ABA-based direct therapy to clients while also managing Eleos ABA's social media presence, staff recognition efforts, and participation in outreach events to promote the company's mission and values. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset to enhance both clinical services and community relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in 1:1 or group settings.• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans as developed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.• Collect accurate data and maintain treatment documentation.• Conduct treatment integrity checks with Behavior Technicians to ensure protocol fidelity.• Support a safe, respectful, and collaborative clinical environment.• Manage Eleos ABA's social media profiles with a minimum of two posts per week• Create and publish posts for major holidays and month-long awareness or celebration themes• Send staff recognition emails for birthdays, work anniversaries, and milestone certifications• Coordinate one community outreach event per calendar quarter, in person for the full event duration.• Organize and support staff engagement initiatives, including in-center morale and teambuilding activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)
- Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferred.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or comparable software) to produce professional, visually appealing content for social media and digital marketing.
- If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, Eleos ABA will provide the training and experience necessary to obtain certification.
- Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
