Job Description

Tradeco Construction is currently seeking multiple Licensed Journeyman Plumbers for a water retrofit project in Pueblo, CO, Colorado Springs, CO and Denver, CO. The preferred candidates will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in a commercial setting. They will interpret blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes. They work with various materials like pipes, fittings, and fixtures, using hand and power tools to complete installations and repairs. This position is contracted until November 30, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installing and connecting water supply, and drainage systems, including pipes.

· Assemble and install plumbing systems

· Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems

· Ensuring all work meets relevant plumbing codes and regulations.

· Reading and understanding blueprints to plan and execute plumbing installations.

· Handling, cutting, threading, and assembling pipes and fittings.

· Communicating with clients to explain issues, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.

· Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· A Colorado state-issued journeyman plumber's license is essential.

· 5+ years of experience in plumbing work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.

· Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

· Proficiency in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and understanding plumbing /water systems.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

· Clear communication skills.

· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

· Strong understanding of plumbing safety regulations and best practices.
