Accessioning and assigning unique lab numbers to biopsy collections and excisions.

Writing out slides, slide labels, and tissue cassettes.

Inputting gross description and measurements into EMA.

Changing fluid reagents in the Tissue Tek processor.

Changing stains and reagents every two days.

Maintaining Temperature Logs.

Storing lab equipment and logging all deliveries.

Dating all reagents received upon delivery.

Transporting collections from Hackettstown site to Chester lab.

Taking out garbage and recycling.

Retrieving biopsies from patient care office to the laboratory.

And all other non-technical functions of the pathology lab.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Laboratory experience preferred but not required, willing to train
Must be able to speak, write, and read proper English
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
Capable of lifting over 50lbs
Pay determined by experience
