About the Role:

The Master Lead - Artes Culinarias is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing and elevating the culinary arts program within our organization. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in culinary leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from a recognized culinary institution (e.g., Certified Executive Chef).
  • Experience working in diverse culinary environments or international cuisine.
  • Advanced training in nutrition, food science, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large culinary teams and multi-site operations.
  • Proficiency in culinary software and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities:
