DFP is seeking a highly motivated Fire Sprinkler Installer with a strong background in fire sprinkler installation to join our growing team. This role involves working on a variety of projects including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and residential buildings, typically within small teams of 2 to 5 members. The ideal candidate will bring valuable expertise and a commitment to quality while occasionally traveling between job sites and utilizing specialized tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on installed systems
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Handle specialized equipment such as pipe threading machines and hydrostatic testing tools
- Collaborate effectively with small teams to ensure project success
- Follow safety protocols and use hand and power tools proficiently
- Travel to multiple job sites as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of fire sprinkler system components and pipefitting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Adherence to safety protocols and standards
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
