Job Title: Forging Operator
Type: (Contract-to-Hire)
Shift: 2PM–11PM (may extend to 3PM–1AM during busy periods)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our 2nd shift forging team. These are contract-to-hire positions with full training provided. Candidates will start as general labor and develop into specialized roles within forging or sawing operations.
Forging
- Learn operation of forging presses
- Inspect part quality and dimensions
- Assist with machine setup and adjustments
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Dependable and safety-minded
- Previous industrial or production experience a plus but not required
Schedule:
