Kitchen Manager / Chef de Cuisine – Expanding Downtown Concept


Location: Downtown Greenville, SC


Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 + Health Insurance, Downtown Parking Pass, and PTO

We are representing a highly popular, gourmet, allergy-friendly concept in downtown Greenville. We are looking for a mission-driven Chef de Cuisine who authentically lives a healthy lifestyle and thrives on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The Challenge & The Growth

  • Adaptability is Key: This is a unique kitchen utilizing induction burners and convection ovens instead of gas. You must be highly flexible, malleable, and willing to abandon traditional culinary crutches. Chefs set in their ways will not succeed here.
  • Massive Upside: Put in the foundational work now and grow with the company. A major restaurant expansion launching in 2026 will bring opportunities for cross-floor management and leadership of a growing catering division.


What We’re Looking For

  • Eagerness to learn complex, allergy-friendly cooking and menu development.
  • Excellent organizational and culinary math skills.
  • Ability to manage tight-space cleanliness, complex local inventory sourcing, and fast-paced line efficiency.
  • Current Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (closed Sun/Mon), with an expanding Thursday/Friday dinner service.
