PMO Analyst (Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid Role)


Position Overview

IntePros is seeking a PMO Onboarding Specialist to support our client, a leader in the health insurance industry. This role serves as the primary point of contact for managing contractor onboarding within the PMO, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both new resources and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central liaison for all PMO onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding tasks, including application requests, access setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with new resources, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of onboarding and resource data throughout the process.
  • Provide and present PMO onboarding materials and guidelines to new hires.
  • Ensure all new resources have the necessary tools and technical assistance to perform their roles.
  • Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and conducting candidate interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and onboarding needs.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training lifecycle for new PMO resources.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding agendas and training schedules for the first two weeks of new hires.
  • Train resources on PMO processes, project management tools, frameworks, and governance.
  • Prioritize multiple work queues and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Document onboarding progress, provide updates, and generate reports for leadership.
  • Oversee procurement and implementation of required software for new resources.
  • Continuously assess and update onboarding processes for efficiency and improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or related support functions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and customer-service oriented.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
