Wire Cutter - $15.00 - $16.00/hr DOE
Location: Pasadena, TX 77507
Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (or until route completed)
Job Type: Contract to full-time hire
Position Overview:
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading electrical distributor in Pasadena, Texas, to hire dependable and detail-oriented Wire Cutters. Join our team and enjoy comprehensive benefits from day one!
Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely measure, cut, and prepare wire and cable of various sizes and weights to meet project specifications
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products are free from damage before shipping or after receipt
- Verify that all equipment is in safe working condition, properly calibrated, and maintained regularly
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, including shrink-wrapping, boxing, and labeling
- Stage materials for loading and assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with safety protocols
- Perform additional warehouse duties as required to support team operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within electrical or manufacturing settings
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math
- Manual dexterity and agility for operating machinery and handling small components
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and accept constructive feedback
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Flexibility to work weekends when necessary
- Experience or certification in electrical wiring or related fields is a plus
- Must pass all required screenings and background checks
