Responsibilities:
• Digitize documents through scanning and ensure proper storage in designated systems.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and delivering items internally.
• Organize and distribute office materials to support departmental needs.
• Perform copying tasks and assist with document preparation as requested.
• Maintain accurate certified mail logs and ensure compliance with tracking procedures.
• Set up and clear food for meetings and events to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist with special office projects and provide general administrative support.
• Respond to inbound calls and manage receptionist duties to ensure effective communication.
• Complete data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in document scanning and data entry processes.
• Familiarity with mail handling and office material distribution.
• Ability to manage receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with document storage systems such as DocuWare.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
