Job Position: Office/Warehouse Agent
Location: Irving, TX 75061
Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr. - $22.00/HR
Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-3pm and 1pm-10pm
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare documentation for freight transfers, including load manifests and bills of lading

Manage system updates to ensure accurate tracking and recordkeeping

Receive and inspect inbound and transfer freight as required

Identify potential operational delays or capacity constraints within the ground network

Assist in activating contingency plans, including arranging additional trucks and rerouting freight as needed

Support documentation processes, including export/import consolidation and workflow monitoring
-
Ensure proper equipment is available at regional branches to support operations

Perform service provider evaluations and maintain CRM records
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in warehousing or freight terminal operations preferred

Familiarity with internal freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office Suite
