What Youll Do:

• Serve the clients of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing by performing expert-level plumbing installations and repairs.
• Review and communicate to client work being performed.
• Timely and accurate documentation of all work.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
• Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly to eliminate unnecessary callbacks.
• Ensure service vehicle is clean and fully stocked with required inventory.

What Youll Bring:

• Valid Connecticut P2 Plumber license minimum required. Position not available to apprentice plumbers
• Min. 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to represent the company with professionalism
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction
• Clean license history
